Founder & CEO
Brett Cohen is an entrepreneur and real estate investor based in San Antonio, Texas. As the founder and CEO of Craigmont Capital, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and all investment decisions of the firm.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Brett has an in-depth understanding of the local community and a strong commitment to its growth and development. After cultivating a personal real estate portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties in San Antonio, he established Craigmont Capital and Craigmont Living.
Craigmont Capital takes a hands-on approach to property management with our vertically integrated, tenant-facing brand - Craigmont Living. By managing our own properties, we’re able to retain tenants longer, demand top-of-market rents, and provide a boost to the properties' net operating income.
